At Limitless Energy90 we are committed to providing high-quality fitness programs, personal training packages, and educational content. Your satisfaction matters to us, but due to the nature of our services, we have set the following refund policy:

1. Digital Training Programs (eBooks, PDFs, Online Plans)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once a training program has been purchased and delivered (via download or email), we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. This is due to the instant delivery and inability to “return” digital content.

2. Personal Training Packages (Online or In-Person)

Cancellations:
You may cancel your personal training package within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund—only if no sessions have been used.
After 24 hours, refunds are not available unless under exceptional circumstances, which are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling:
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

3. Coaching Subscriptions or Recurring Plans (if applicable)

If you have a subscription plan:

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In the event of a medical emergency or serious personal situation that prevents you from continuing your training, please contact us directly at d.nubour90@gmail.com. We may offer partial credit or reschedule options at our discretion.
